The best way to cleanse your face is to use natural skin care this is the gentlest . When you wash your face, you want to do two things this is to dissolve the dirt and oil on the surface of the skin and normalize your skin condition. Cleansers basically consist of oil, water, and surfactants. The surfactants dissolve the oil on the face, and everything else while water washes it all away. Some cleansers contain lots of oil other have none. If you use a cleaners that’s too rich for your skin, it can clog your pores if its too drying it can irritate your skin . so choosing the right one is important . Here are two natural facial cleansers to prepare at home.

Natural Organic Oatmeal Facial Cleanser

Ingredients:

1/2 cup oatmeal or cornmeal

2 tbs of plain yogurt (best from the health food store)

Instructions:

Mix your ingredients, smooth over entire face avoiding eye area. Allow to sit for 8 min and rinse

Natural Cornstarch & Glycerin Facial Cleanser

Ingredients:

2 Tb. cornstarch

2 Tb. glycerin

1/2 c. water

Instructions:

Now mix the ingredients until smooth. Heat in a small double boiler pan Heat until thick and clear; it will have the consistency of pudding. Do not boil. Cool completely, Use in place of soap to cleanse your skin.
